  • What is PRINTD and how does it work?

    We are PRINTD, a print-on-demand dropshipping company located in New Delhi.

    Whether you’re an artist, a designer, or an entrepreneur with a clothing brand to build, we provide the tools and support to turn your ideas into tangible products.

  • How to place customised order?

    You have to create your account on the Vendor Dashboard to start placing customised orders.

    You can also use our mobile app to place orders on the go.

  • Dispatch & Delivery Time

    We promise to dispatch your orders placed in 2-3 working days. So that your customers don't have to wait too long for their order. Delivery of the order generally takes 3-5 days after dispatch. An efficient order processing system handles surge of orders with ease

  • Return & Replacement

    If unfortunately your order is not delivered, it is returned back to us. You can use this product for your future orders.

    If your customer received wrong size, wrong product or damaged product we will provide free replacement for that product. Proper unboxing video must be provided only then we will be able to process your replacement.  

  • Design Requirements

    Upload high resolution (300DPI) transparent background PNG design files while placing your orders. Designs should be properly trimmed to the edges.

    DTF printing is done in CMYK colour mode so there might be some colour change if you upload RGB colour mode images. We will not be responsible for any printing issues arising because of low resolution images from your end. 

  • How to create account?

    You have to create your account on the Vendor Dashboard to start placing customised orders.

    You can also use our mobile app to create a Vendor Account on the go.

  • Is GST number required?

    No, GST number is not mandatory to create a Vendor account.

    If you have a GST number, you can update it in your profile after creating a Vendor account.

  • Is there a Sign Up fees?

    No, there is no Sign Up fees to join us. It is completely free to create a vendor account.

  • Is there any minimum recharge required?

    No, there is no minimum recharge amount. You can recharge your wallet as per your requirement.

  • Pricing Plans

    Pricing depends on the type of selected product. Please refer to our catalogue for complete information. 

  • Payment methods

    You have to recharge your Vendor Dashboard Wallet to place orders with us. All major payment methods like UPI, Cards and Net Banking are available.

  • Payment terms

    You have to pay while placing your order. All orders will be dispatched as prepaid, no amount will be collected from the customer receiving the product.

  • COD Support

    No, we don't support COD orders as of now. If you want to send any order as COD than you have to create your own shipping labels and share with us on our Whatsapp.

    You have to place your order as a 'Self Ship' order if you want to handle shipping from your end.

    'Self Ship' orders will not have any shipping charges. Either you can collect them from our office personally or you can create shipping label for them.
